These terms apply to all orders placed with pep2. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.
1. Research use only
All products are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any disease. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the safe handling, storage and use of products in accordance with applicable laws and laboratory practice.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and purchasing on behalf of, or as, a qualified researcher. We may request additional information and may cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in the store currency and may change without notice. An order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. Bundle pricing is applied automatically in the cart.
4. Payment
Payment is due at checkout using one of the methods shown. Orders paid by bank transfer are held until the funds have been received.
5. Shipping and risk
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk passes to the purchaser on delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
6. Documentation
Certificates of Analysis report results from independent laboratories for the batch tested. Information on this website is provided for research reference and does not constitute medical advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for losses arising from misuse of products or use outside a laboratory setting.
